Biography
Kimberly Ann Boere, BS, CPT, CSCS
Kimberly Boere has a baccalaureate degree in Exercise and
Sports Sciences with a minor in Health Science Education from the University of
Florida. She has an extensive background in managing exercise and fitness
programs, exercise test administration in addition to group exercise classes,
and special population training such as Triathlon training, Pre and Post Natal
training, and Corrective Exercise. Kim has worked in the Fitness Industry since
1989.
Kim has been heard around central Florida on WXXL 106.7 FM as
the "Fitness Expert" during the #1 rated "Doc and Johnny Morning Show". She has
also appeared on television news programs including Channel 13 News and Fox
News. Kim has also been featured in the Orlando Sentinel as a local fitness
expert.
Kim has worked for companies including the Coors Brewing
Company in their Corporate Wellness Center, Carnival Cruise Lines Spa and
Fitness facilities and various Fitness Centers in Colorado and Florida including
the world class RDV Sportsplex facility, home of the Orlando Magic Basketball
Team.
Kim is also CPR, First Aid and Water Safety certified. Her
designations have been awarded by the National Strength and Conditioning
Association, both as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and as a Certified
Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), the National Academy of Sports
Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) , and by Mom's in Motion for her
Pre and Post Natal Exercise Certification. USA Triathlon Association awarded her
the Level One Coach Designation.
Kim is a competitive triathlete, enjoys snowboarding, hiking
and various other outdoor activities, along with world travel.
